Terms of Service

Welcome to Level Up AI. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, application, and AI-generated course platform. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Level Up AI is operated by Remy Christophe Tuyishime Hirwa, an individual trading as "Level Up AI", based in Cameroon. References to "we," "us," or "our" throughout these Terms refer to Remy Christophe Tuyishime Hirwa as the operator of the Service.

1. What Level Up Does

Level Up uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized educational video courses based on a topic you describe or a document (PDF/PPTX) you upload. Each generated course includes animated video lessons, AI voice narration, and a quiz. Courses are generated automatically and may take several minutes to complete.

You acknowledge that:

• Course content is generated by AI and, while designed to be accurate and educational, may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or imperfections.
• Generation times and visual/animation quality may vary depending on the topic and system load.
• You should independently verify any factual content used for academic, professional, or safety-critical purposes.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be old enough to lawfully use online services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Free Trial and Course Credits

• New accounts receive one free course generation ("Free Trial").
• After your Free Trial is used, generating additional courses requires purchasing Course Credits.
• Course Credits are purchased in the quantities and at the prices displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.
• Course Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

4. Payments

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for processing your payment, issuing receipts, handling applicable sales tax/VAT, and is the seller of record for all purchases made through Level Up. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit involving minors.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's AI generation systems.
• Upload documents you do not have the legal right to use.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense generated courses for commercial purposes without our written permission.
• Attempt to circumvent free trial or credit limitations through multiple accounts or other means.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to the topic descriptions and documents you submit. Level Up retains rights to the underlying platform, software, and AI generation systems. Generated course videos are licensed to you for personal/educational use; see Section 5 for restrictions on redistribution.

7. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and generation may occasionally fail due to technical issues, third-party AI provider outages, or content that cannot be processed. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve failed generations (see our Refund Policy for failed-generation handling).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Level Up shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated educational content. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
